About Copperhead Grille:
Copperhead Grille was founded in 2002 by Michael L. Dontas and Michael P. Dontas, first cousins, both named after the same grandfather. Michael P. is the older of the two, and thus friends, family and coworkers respectfully refer to him as “Senior,” which is fine by Michael L., aka “Junior.” Because the business carries with it such an air of family, both Michaels passionately refer to all of their employees as “cousins.”
Copperhead Grille has two locations here in the Lehigh Valley, one on Rt. 378 in Center Valley and the other on Airport Road in Allentown, with a third location in the works. Copperhead prides itself on being a place where hand crafted recipes, the freshest ingredients, family-friendly dining and best in televised sports merge to form “The Ultimate Sports Dining Experience.” Every morning the highly trained staff arrives to prepare their signature sauces, classic recipes and handmade dishes. Known for their award winning wings, certified Angus burgers and “fall off the bone” baby back ribs, they also offer a variety of steak, chicken, seafood and pasta dishes. The full bar boasts fresh handmade cocktails and offers over 50 craft, import and domestic beers. Copperhead’s state of the art TVs and sound system are strategically set up to make you feel like you are part of the action.
